We listen to our clients desires, evaluate and then create. When meeting with our clients, we not only look at the space to be landscaped, but also at the architecture and the surrounding areas to make sure the landscape is cohesive within it’s environment.
Our portfolio of properties includes multi-family condominiums, homeowner association entrances, amenity and common areas as well as commercial properties. We recognize that client communications are very important so Brian is personally on-site each week at every property so that he can ensure the highest level of customer service. We offer board meeting attendance, as well as a property walk thru to answer any questions or give information for the improvement of the property.
Our standard maintenance contract includes weekly service along with the following extra add on services: weed and fertilization program for turf, tree and shrub fertilization and insect and disease programs for the plant material, gutter cleaning, seasonal color installations, pinestraw and mulch installations. Our extensive experience at managing and caring for maturing landscapes qualifies us to plan for the long-term health and beauty of the landscape. We provide seasonal service on irrigation systems including spring start-up, winter shut-down and general troubleshooting/repair. We can also expand existing irrigation systems as well as install a new one.
